Healthy Life Daily Routine – The Path To Live A Fuller Life

Knowledge is of no use if we do not implement it. Learning about good health is excellent, but what is the point if you don’t take any action on that? It is not hard to get into a healthy routine. All you need is to start. If you don’t have a plan set out, here is where our idea comes into the picture to help you achieve your healthy life daily routine.

Consequently, planning is the key to success, and if you don’t plan well, you are bound to fail.

Healthy Life Daily Routine 

6:30 am – 7:00 am: The first thing to do after waking up is to take two cups of water, preferably with lemon. It is a simple, yet beneficial practice, which helps not just to hydrate your body, but also clear up any residues in the body by improving digestion. If needed, throw some probiotic capsules for better effectiveness. 

7:00 am – 7:30 am: Follow that with at least thirty minutes of exercise. Do the cardio workout as it helps to burn fats and remove dirt through sweat. It also helps you to be more active and energetic for the day ahead. 

7:30 am – 8:00 am: Breakfast should be the most substantial meal of your day since it is the fuel that gets you ready for the day. With your usual everyday cereal and milk, add a homemade smoothie by blending in various fruits available and a scoop of protein powder to ensure maximum efficiency. In addition, you can add in some sandwiches with lean meat, or have tuna for that omega-3 goodness. 

9:00 am – 4:00 pm: Between the work hours, carry snacks that can provide protein like almonds and peanuts. Snacks can also include boiled eggs and a protein bar. Lunch needs to be a little heavy, so along with eggs, have some salad, and lean meat.

Furthermore, make sure that you eat food at regular intervals to eat less but not feel hungry either. Eating regularly also results in better blood sugar level management which, in turn, improves mood and skyrockets energy.

Keep having water frequently to prevent dehydration, and try to finish at least four bottles of water every day by the time you leave the office. Also, drink green tea at regular intervals as they help to keep the body functions active and helps in improving concentration.

The Evening Schedule

5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: After work, rest for a bit, and then go for a workout. High-intensity training should be done to improve the activity of the muscles and better develop the organs of the body.

Post-workout, consume sugar-free fluids, preferably protein powder, which can help to recover the muscles faster and repair the ripped cells. Moreover, consume fruits for more nutrition. 

6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Have dinner at least two hours before you hit the bed. It is to ensure that you have a proper, uninterrupted sleep and wake up fresh the next morning. The dinner should be light but fulfilling. It should mostly contain salads and vegetables and protein. The body better absorbs this kind of dinner, and also keeps you free from stomach problems.

Healthy Life Daily Routine – Post 8 Schedule

9:30 pm – 10:00 pm: Meditate for at least ten minutes. If meditating seems too dull for you, spend fifteen minutes to yourself. Breathe profoundly and ponder on your day. You can even write a journal to note down your thoughts. Think of nothing else but yourself. 

10:30 pm – 11:00 pm: Don’t stay up late. Go to bed early. Darken the room so that your eyes automatically get used to the darkness and fall asleep faster. Sleep for a minimum of six hours and a maximum of eight hours, nothing less nothing more. 

This schedule should help you achieve the goal of a healthy life daily routine, and thus make you a better person overall.
